All our products are made in France, with love and care. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

• Shipping costs depend on the destination and weight of your order. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of ordering and will be shown to you.
• Delivery times vary depending on destination and product availability. An estimate of delivery times will be provided to you when ordering.

Returns

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase at Cocoon Paris. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date for an exchange or refund.

How to initiate a return?

Please contact us at contact@cocoon-paris.com specifying your order number and the reason for the return.

⚠️ Return conditions specific to each product:

Candles: Must be returned unlit and in perfect condition, with their original packaging intact. Any candle with a burnt wick will not be refunded.

Roll-ons: Must be unopened and in their original packaging. Any used product cannot be returned.

Sensory Oil: The bottle must be intact, unopened and accompanied by its original packaging.

Yoga mat: Must be returned clean, without signs of use, without marked creases or stains, and in its original packaging.

Cap: Must not have been worn outside, stained or washed. The original label must be intact.

Purification Kit: Sage and palo santo must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or damaged products. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Refund or exchange
Once the product has been returned and checked, we will proceed with the refund or exchange as soon as possible.
