Delivery Times and Methods
We carefully ship your orders within 48 business hours after payment validation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can choose between two delivery methods:

Delivery Fees
πŸ’Ά Delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer for any order under €45.
🚚 Delivery is free within mainland France for purchases over €45.
The delivery fees vary depending on the chosen method and are displayed at checkout.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within mainland France and Europe. For deliveries outside of Europe, please contact us at contact@cocoon-paris.com to explore shipping possibilities.

Tracking and Receipt of Your Order
Once your package has been shipped, you can track its progress through the tracking link provided by our carrier. If you do not receive your order within the specified time, please contact us at contact@cocoon-paris.com.

Delivery Issues
In the event of a damaged package, please send us photos and a detailed description within 48 hours of receipt so we can find a solution.
For loss or significant delays, contact our customer service at contact@cocoon-paris.com so we can file a claim with the carrier.
